By using this website you are agreeing to indemnify Imaginations Flying, LLC and all of its content providers, licensors, agents and the like, in each instance from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees), and/or damages arising out of claims based upon your use of the Materials, including, without limitation, any claim of libel, defamation, violation of legal rights of others (including rights of privacy or publicity), and/or infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

REFUNDS WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS

Even though most of our products are made custom for you, we at Ifania Designs (also known as Imaginations Flying, LLC) want to assure your satisfaction with our products.   Therefore, we do allow refunds but only if you return the good to us within three working days from when you received the product and we receive the product back.  (Until we receive the product back, the risk of loss is on you.) You will pay for the return unless the product is defective, in which case we will reimburse you the shipping amount. 

LAYAWAY

Ifania Designs (also known as Imaginations Flying, LLC) has a layaway plan where we will require downpayment of 1/3 of the product price and then space the rest of the payments over a period of time agreed by you and Imaginations Flying, LLC.  For our layaway plan, we accept payments by United States Postal Service Money Order, Western Union Money Order, Paypal Money Transfer, or another method agreed to by Imaginations Flying, LLC.  There are no refunds of layaway amounts but exchanges are allowed but only if you return the good to us within three working days from when you received the product and we receive the product back.  (Until we receive the product back, the risk of loss is on you.) 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You cannot pay through the Paypal Pay Now button for international orders.  If you would like to have your purchase shipped to an international destination, please contact us by email at info@ifaniadesigns.com so you can see if we ship to your country and under what terms we would be willing to ship to you internationally.

If Ifania Designs (also known as Imaginations Flying, LLC) agrees to sell to you and internationally ship the product, a delivery charge depending on the destination country will be added to your order.

Payment for the product, including the delivery charge, can be made by United States Postal Service International Money Order, Western Union International Money Order, Paypal International Money Transfer, or another method agreed to by Imaginations Flying, LLC.  Delivery transit days to the purchaser will vary depending upon the destination country.

Duties and taxes will be your (the purchaser’s) responsibility for which you pay the country to which the item is shipped.

There will be extra charges by U.S. Fish and Wildlife to ship internationally products made from alligator and crocodile that will be adding to the charge for the product and shown on your invoice provided to you when you order internationally.  You take the risk of whether the country that you are in accepts products made from alligator or crocodile from another country.
